Giving
The Christopher Sun Evangelistic Association is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, with an independent auditor examining the Association's finances annually.The local chairmen of each Christopher Sun Evangelistic Meeting around the world are responsible for the supervision and management of each Evangelistic Meeting's finances. The Board of Chairmen assigns a finance committee to oversee all offerings and all expenditures. Each location operates independently, and makes public a financial statement after each Evangelistic Meeting.
Christopher Sun Evangelistic Association is supported only by the freewill offerings of Christians, and gifts to this ministry are tax-deductible. Dr. Sun ministered without a salary from 1981 to 1991. Since 1992, he began to receive a salary commensurate to that of a local church pastor in U.S.A. Dr. Sun does not accept any honorarium when he speaks, and even donations designated for his personal use are given to the Mission Fund of the Christopher Sun Evangelistic Association.
